So all you readers have been wondering why I haven’t commented on Mel Gibson… So this will be my one and only comment on this web site… I do not wish to give the time of day, space, or energy to anyone who coudl allegedly hit a woman, especially one with a child in their arms. That is sick and disgusting…. I also will not acknowledge someone who has allegedly made derogatory remarks against blacks, jews, hispanics, and women. This is a sad human being who needs help. People constantly talk about his career being over… Even if he never makes another movie again, he still has 60 million dollars. This makes the whole situation even sadder. If he is guilty of the above, let’s face it… he probably won’t have to pay to harshly for his sins. I mean look at Charlie Sheen. He supposedly held a knife to his ex wife’s throat and his sentence was 90 days in rehab… us regular folk would have been in jail for attempted murder… The world seems to revolve around the rich, and they apparently are entitled to do whatever they want.

    2. Mel Gibson is awesome why should he be held different standers if i did the same actions would any one care ? I think people are just jealous of his money and want to do things that would make him more like them broke. He is good at what he does and for that he is well compensated. In fact i am angry over this stuff cuz i could use another Mel Gibson movie. Thank you EVERYBODY for not letting that happen.

    3. I think that we should be clearn here. First of all the allogations are just that, alleged. In the USA we are all innocent until proven guilty. That is what this nation is built on and I think that it is important that we remember that gossip can be just that… gossip!
    This is not to say that he is right but lets wait and see what is going on before we just onto the gossip bandwagon!

    4. I think that this whole thing is wrong. He has acted like a criminal and I think that he is paying the price. I think that to say that he should be stripped of the money he has earned in the past is silly! That is not the way things in this country work. Becca I have to agree that gossip is just that. The thing is that sometimes it is TRUE!

    5. I think that what he has done is unacceptable. We would certainly be locked up for less. I think that this is a world of money talks and the people with the money walks. I think that his anti other races, colors and creeds makes him a terrible example for us all. To boot I think that children look to him as a role model and just as we monitor the sports figures that are doing drugs we also need to limit our children’s exposure to hate. Mel Gibson has HATE pouring out of his soul!

    6. I think that we are Americans and if we want to say things about others we have that right. We all do wrong at some point in our lives. I think that while there should be consequences we cannot strip him of his money. He is not a king we are overthrowing. He is a man with a career. He has spent years earning his money and none of us are intitled to that. I think that we should all back out of this man’s life some and let the cards fall where they will!
